About the role
n
As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Hunter & Barrel, you'll play a key role in delivering an energetic and memorable dining experience. You'll provide friendly, attentive service, build genuine connections with guests and support smooth day-to-day operations across the restaurant.
n
Working alongside our kitchen, bar and floor teams, you'll help bring the Hunter & Barrel experience to life — from the first welcome to the final farewell.
With coal fires, an open kitchen and a strong focus on the communal dining experience, no two services are quite the same.

What we're looking for

Strong communication and teamwork skills
n
A positive and professional attitude, with a genuine passion for hospitality
n
Excellent attention to detail and personal presentation
n
Ability to work confidently in a busy, service-driven environment
n
Strong knowledge of food and beverage service
n
Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster (nights, weekends & public holidays)
