Key Responsibilities

- Access Control: Manage vehicle and pedestrian entry, ensuring compliance with site security protocols.
- Traffic & Movement Management: Control vehicle flow, intercoms, and parking areas to maintain safe, efficient operations.
- Contractor & Visitor Induction: Ensure all contractors and visitors are inducted and logged into the visitor management system.
- Surveillance & Monitoring: Monitor CCTV systems and alarms, identify vulnerabilities, and maintain perimeter security.
- Patrolling: Conduct internal and external patrols to detect risks and maintain site integrity.
- Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches, escalating as needed.
- Reporting & Administration: Maintain accurate daily logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce WHS standards and site security procedures; report hazards immediately.
- Customer Service: Deliver qualified, courteous service while upholding security standards.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

- Current Security Licence




- Current First Aid Certificate
- MSIC or ability to obtain/maintain one
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional presentation and understanding of corporate security protocols
- Current valid driver’s license

Desirable

- CCTV monitoring and access control system experience
