We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused MR Driver to join a leading gas distribution company in Bohle, Townsville. This is an ongoing role offering consistant hours, competitive pay $52.58 per hour and the opportunity to work with a well-established industry leader.
About the Role
Working as part of a dedicated team, you will be responsible for the secure loading, transport, and delivery and installation of gas cylinders to customers throughout the Townsville region. This is a hands-on position that combines driving with manual handling duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver gas cylinders safely and efficiently to customers
- Load and unload gas cylinders vehicles
- Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections
- Complete delivery paperwork and records accurately
- Follow all workplace health and safety procedures
- Provide excellent customer service when making deliveries
Skills & Experience
- Current MR Licence or higher
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Reliable, punctual, and skilled attitude
- Forklift Licence highly regarded but not essential
- Previous DG delivery driving experience Highly regarded
