About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on and enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join our fantastic HR team at Ralph Lauren on a fixed-term contract until January 2028. As our HR Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. You will provide administrative and operational HR support, partner with employees and managers on HR processes and help deliver a range of People & Development initiatives across our Australia and New Zealand business. Responsibilities
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly seasonal hiring, including job postings, candidate screening and interview coordination
Support onboarding activities through Workday and ensure a seamless new hire experience
Prepare employment contracts, correspondence and other employment-related documentation
Manage and action employee lifecycle changes in Workday, including promotions, transfers and employment changes
Provide HR support and guidance to employees and managers on policies, procedures and employment-related matters
Support a range of People & Development initiatives across the employee lifecycle
Perform HR administration duties, including maintaining employee records, updating organisational charts, preparing reports and other ad hoc administrative tasks
Ensure employee information is maintained accurately and confidentially
Requirements
Previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment or Administration is preferred
Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Self-motivated with a solid sense of accountability, urgency and follow-through
A collaborative team player who takes initiative and enjoys supporting others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, is highly regarded
