We are seeking a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant / Sterilisation Assistant to join our friendly team at a small, 3-chair country dental practice in Beaudesert.

This is a casual position, offering approximately 2–3 days per week. Experience in dental assisting or sterilisation is preferred, but not essential, as training can be provided for the right person.

About the role

- Assisting the dentist during procedures
- Sterilising and preparing instruments
- Maintaining infection control standards
- Preparing treatment rooms
- Supporting the team with general clinical duties
- Helping ensure patients feel comfortable and well cared for

About you

- Has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Is reliable, punctual, and well presented
- Works well as part of a small team
- Is willing to learn and follow procedures
- Has previous dental or sterilisation experience, although this is not essential
- This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a friendly, close-knit practice and is looking for casual work in a supportive country setting.
