Weare seeking enthusiastic and motivated Swim Instructors to join ourSwim School team. If you are passionate about teaching swimming,promoting water safety, and creating a fun and positive learningenvironment, we would love to hear from you.
As a Swim Instructor, you will play an important role in helpingparticipants of all ages and abilities develop essential swimmingskills and confidence in the water. You will be responsible for theplanning and delivery of programs that are safe, engaging, andmaximise participation.

About our Swim School
Awarded the 2026 SwimSchool of Year* from ASSA**, Kwinana Swim School is a Royal LifeSaving endorsed swim school delivering the Infant and PreschoolAquatics and Swim and Survive Programs. We are a term-based SwimSchool which provides more flexibility for the team. Our SwimSchool Instructors at Kwinana Recquatic are proud to help swimmersachieve new skills and celebrate their milestones.
About you
We are looking for a suitablyqualified instructor, who thrives working in a busyenvironment.
Essential criteria for this role:
- Current Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (e.g.Austswim, RLSSWA or equivalent) Accreditation.
- Extension of qualification or demonstrated willingness toattain e.g. Austswim Teacher of Adults, Infant and PreschoolAquatics, Aquatic Access and Inclusion or CompetitiveStrokes.
- Police Clearance, Working with Children Check and CPR.
