What You'll Be Doing
As a Physiotherapist at Super Rehab, you'll support older adults and NDIS participants to improve their mobility, independence, and quality of life — all in the comfort of their homes.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Conducting comprehensive physiotherapy assessments focused on mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans, including exercise programs and mobility retraining
- Providing expert guidance on falls prevention, pain management, and manual handling strategies
- Supporting NDIS participants through functional assessments, capacity-building interventions, and reports for assistive equipment and home support needs
What a Typical Day Looks Like
- Start by checking your daily visits and packing any tools or equipment.
- Travel to your first client's home, provide therapy or assessments, and recommend solutions to promote safety and independence.
- Complete notes and reports during the day to stay on top of your documentation.
- Connect with your colleagues online or in person to share ideas and support.
- End your day feeling fulfilled, knowing you've made a real difference.
What We're Looking For
- Physiotherapy degree (essential)
- Full AHPRA Registration (essential)
- Some prior aged care and/or disability experience (desirable)
- NDIS Worker Check (or willing to apply)
- Professional Indemnity & Public Liability Insurance (essential)
- Current Driver's Licence + access to your own vehicle (essential)
