The Role
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 160 residential properties
- Conduct ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance and issue work orders
- Manage rent arrears and lease renewals
- Handle insurance claims when required
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Manage leasing enquiries and application processing
- Ensure your portfolio is managed efficiently and to a high standard
About You
- Previous Property Management experience
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Reliable car and driver's license
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing a residential portfolio
- Experience with Property Tree and IRE highly regarded
