Estia Health is seeking a Property Essential Services and Contracts Manager to coordinate and support management of its property assets. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to plan maintenance, manage contracts, and report on compliance and upgrades across multiple homes.
You will have at least 5 years in property services or contract management, with knowledge of essential services compliance (AS 1851-2012) and robust communication and time-management skills.
