Infinite Aged Care is seeking a Rostering & Staffing Specialist for our Windsor care home. This full time, site-based role reports to the General Manager and drives rostering across day, afternoon and night shifts to ensure operational stability for residents and families.
You will lead front-line rostering, backfill shifts, manage data accuracy with the workforce optimisation team, and coordinate with site leadership to maintain adequate staffing 24/7.
