This Pharmacy is seeking an experienced Pharmacist in charge to join our team. This is a part-time role for one day. As the Pharmacist in charge, you will play a key role in overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and dispensing medications to patients
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmacy regulations and guidelines
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Overseeing the implementation of quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives
- Participating in regular professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- Maintaining accurate inventory & ordering suppliers as needed
- Methadone Dispensing & webster packing
- Must be familiar with the PPA Programs
About our Ideal Candidate:
- Registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on patient-centred care
- Proficient in the use of pharmacy management software (MINFOS ) and other relevant technologies
- Passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry
- Commitment to continuous career development and a desire to mentor and train junior staff
About the Location:
- A well-established community pharmacy located in the south-western suburbs, approximately 35 kilometres from Sydney
About offer
- This is a permanent Wednesday pharmacist-in-charge position for 9am-7pm
- offering - 9 hrs @ $55 to 58.5-/hr + Super, and 1 hr On Call $70.20
