Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate Community Physiotherapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time basis. This role involves providing in‐home physiotherapy and pain management services to older Australians and people living with disabilities across Adelaide and surrounding suburbs.

You'll focus on improving mobility, function, and independence through evidence‐based physiotherapy in a person‐centred environment.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Conduct in‐home mobility and functional assessments
n
- Design and deliver individualised physiotherapy and reablement programs
n
- Provide therapeutic massage and manual therapy for pain management
n
- Implement strength, balance, and falls‐prevention programs
n
- Educate clients and families on safe movement and injury prevention
n
- Recommend assistive equipment as required
n
- Collaborate with Care Managers, Nurses, and Support Workers
n
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes
n
n
Qualifications
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
n
Experience in community, aged care, or rehabilitation settings
n
Competency in manual therapy and therapeutic massage
n
Current Driver's Licence, Police Clearance, and reliable vehicle
n
Current First aid and CPR certificate
n
