Our client is a premium hospitality business operating within a sophisticated, service-led environment in Noosa. This role is embedded within a fast-paced food and beverage operation while benefiting from the support and resources of a broader hospitality group.

Job Description

As People & Culture Advisor, you will provide practical, responsive and highly visible people support across the operation. Working closely with senior operational leaders and the broader People & Culture team, you will support the employee lifecycle while helping create an engaging, inclusive and high‑performing workplace.

This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys being close to the operation and understands the pace and workforce dynamics of hospitality. You will manage routine employee matters while escalating complex employee relations matters to senior People & Culture specialists as required. Key responsibilities include:

- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding and workforce administration across a diverse operational workforce
- Support payroll preparation, including timesheets, rosters, allowances,



leave and employee variations
- Partner with leaders on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance and everyday people matters
- Deliver employee communication, recognition and engagement initiatives that strengthen culture and retention
- Maintain accurate employee records, compliance requirements and people reporting while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement

Candidate Profile

You will be an organised, approachable and commercially aware People & Culture skilled who enjoys working directly with leaders and frontline employees. You will be comfortable balancing competing priorities and responding quickly to the changing requirements of a busy service environment.

Hospitality experience would be highly regarded, although candidates from other high‑volume, customer‑facing environments such as retail or aviation may also bring relevant experience. You will demonstrate sound judgement, discretion and an ability to build trusted relationships across a culturally diverse workforce.

You will ideally bring:

- Previous experience in People & Culture, human resources, recruitment or workforce coordination
- Demonstrated capability across recruitment, onboarding, employee administration and payroll inputs
- Strong knowledge of contemporary Australian employment practices, with hospitality award knowledge highly regarded
- Confidence using HR, payroll, rostering and recruitment systems
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and interpersonal skills, with relevant tertiary qualifications advantageous
