Finishing Foreman – Luxury Apartments | Up to $190K + Super

An established developer-builder is looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman to join its high-performing construction team.
You will initially join a major waterfront apartment development at Woody Point through to Christmas, helping drive the project through its finishing stages.
From there, you'll transition directly onto two major residential projects in central Brisbane, providing a pipeline of 5+ years of secured work and genuine long-term career security.
The Chance
Initially working alongside an experienced Site Manager and Project Manager at Woody Point, you'll take ownership of the finishes programme across internal trades, QA, defects and handover.
Following completion of this phase, you'll move into the Brisbane team across two significant multi-residential developments.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating internal finishing trades
- Driving short-term programmes and maintaining project momentum
- Managing quality, QA and ITP requirements
- Coordinating inspections, defects and close-out
- Maintaining subcontractor performance and accountability
- Ensuring apartments are delivered to a high standard
- Working closely with the Site Manager, Project Manager and commercial team
- Maintaining strong safety and site standards throughout delivery
About You
We're looking for an experienced Finishing Foreman with a strong background in multi-level residential construction who wants to establish themselves with one business for the longer term.
Ideally, you will have:
- Proven Finishing Foreman experience on multi-level apartment projects
- A trade background, ideally carpentry
- Strong knowledge of internal finishes and apartment sequencing
- Excellent QA, defects and handover experience
- Strong programming and subcontractor management capability
- A professional, organised and proactive approachThe ability to maintain quality while keeping programme moving
- Experience working within established construction systems and processes
