Never Enough is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.

We are a Fortitude Valley wine bar and restaurant serving a seasonal, produce-driven menu with bold European and Iberian influences. This is an opportunity to work closely with the Executive Chef and contribute to a developing food program.

Chef de Partie – Never Enough

Fortitude Valley, Brisbane
Full-time | $75,000–$80,000 plus super, depending on experience

- Manage your section through preparation and service
- Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
- Assist with ordering, stock rotation and waste control
- Support and train junior kitchen staff
- Maintain excellent food-safety and cleanliness standards
- Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal changes

About you





- Qualified chef or equivalent industry experience
- Previous Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef experience
- Organised, reliable and composed during busy services
- Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Full Australian working rights

What we offer

- $75,000–$80,000 plus super, depending on experience
- Full-time position based on 38 ordinary hours per week
