The Positive Guys, Western Australia, is seeking a Customer Support Team Member for the Sales and Service Hub. You will deliver a positive post-service experience and promptly resolve delivery or product issues, including scheduling deliveries.

Key duties include managing SolvUp cases, processing supplier claims, escalating process gaps, and working with Supply Chain, Stores and Suppliers to improve the customer experience.
