The Opportunity
We are seeking someone with a genuine interest in residential interiors. With your creative flair you will work in close partnership with our clients and support their journey in colour and material selection, to transform their vision into reality. Essential to the role is communicating and building a positive rapport and relationship with the client and assisting them through the project from start to finish.
The successful candidate will be driven, detail orientated and self-sufficient. If you’re passionate about interiors, have a natural eye for design and love the excitement of making a sale, this could be the opportunity for you.
Our Miranda store is open Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm and Saturday 9.00am - 4pm. Working on Saturday is a requirement of the role (with a weekday RDO).
Your Skills / Experience
- Previous experience in a sales and customer facing environment
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs
- Strong communication, collaboration and organisational skills
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong computer skills and confidence to learn new systems
- Experience in flooring, tiles, bathware or kitchens is highly regarded but not essential
- Interior Design qualification is highly regarded but not essential
