Auto Masters is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support and drive performance across our Gold Coast franchise network.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll work closely with the franchisee and store managers to improve results, maintain high standards, and support business growth across multiple sites.

What you’ll be doing:

- Work closely with franchisee, managers and technicians to lift performance and profitability
- Monitor and improve sales, KPIs and overall operations
- Uphold high standards in workmanship, presentation and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with audits, safety requirements and operational procedures
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding and team development
- Develop and maintain strong supplier partnerships

About you:





- Qualified mechanic with solid automotive industry experience
- Background in managing multiple sites or locations
- Strong understanding of business performance and financial drivers
- Effective leader with the ability to coach and develop teams
- Practical, proactive and customer-focused approach
