About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis from our office in Leederville. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing initiatives across the business. Working closely with internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers, you will help execute engaging campaigns, maintain brand consistency across multiple channels, and support digital, social media and CRM activities that drive brand awareness, customer engagement and sales outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate and support the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives.
- Assist with planning and content creation for social media, website , eDMs and digital marketing activities.
- Prepare marketing briefs, coordinate collateral updates and maintain brand consistency.
- Manage relationships with suppliers and agencies while monitoring budgets and invoicing.
- Monitor campaign performance, maintain reporting dashboards and provide marketing insights.

About you

We're looking for an organised and enthusiastic marketing professional who enjoys working collaboratively, has a keen eye for detail and is passionate about creating engaging marketing content and campaigns.



An ideal candidate will have:

- Demonstrated experience in a similar Marketing role.
- Tertiary qualifications at a Bachelor’s level in Marketing, Business, Communications or equivalent.
- Proven experience of delivering effective marketing plans and activities.
- Strong written communication skills, including copywriting, proofreading and content creation.
- Understanding of brand building and digital marketing channels.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- A cooperative approach with strong relationship-building skills and an interest in the property industry.
- A demonstrated ability to receive, apply and act on feedback.
