Our client is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator to join a busy project setting, supporting a portfolio of Capital, Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT) projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised professional with strong PMO, project governance, financial administration and SAP experience, who enjoys managing multiple priorities and working collaboratively with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement and senior stakeholders.

Skills & Experience Required

- Strong experience in Project Coordination, PMO or Project Controls.
- Advanced SAP experience, particularly project financial reporting and purchase order management.
- Advanced Excel skills, including Macros, Pivot Tables, reporting automation and financial analysis.
- Strong PowerPoint and executive reporting capability.
- Experience with invoicing,



procurement and financial controls.
- Good understanding of project governance and PMO processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
