This is a full-time position ideal for someone looking to learn, develop their skills and build a long-term career within our business. No previous dental experience is required, as full on-the-job training will be provided.

About the Role

You will join our friendly administration team in a diverse, hands‑on role. Duties include:

- General administration, invoicing and data entry

- Communicating with clients and patients via phone and email

- Driving company vehicles to deliver and collect dentals cases from clients throughout the Gold Coast





- Coordinating incoming and outgoing dentals cases– …

- Assisting with the day‑to‑day organisation of the laboratory

- General cleaning and maintaining a tidy work environment

About You

The ideal applicant will be:

- Reliable and punctual and organised

- Friendly with solid customer service skills

- A good communicator and team player

- Comfortable working in a busy, varied environment

- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities

- Interested in a long‑term role with opportunities to grow and progress within the business

Previous administration or dental experience is not essential. We are happy to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

As the role involves regular driving throughout the Gold Coast, a current Queensland Driver Licence is essential.
