About the Role

Are you passionate about design, great with people, and ready to take your sales career to the next level? Andersens Flooring Wynnum is looking for a driven and detail-focused Sales Consultant to handle both residential and commercial sales across our premium flooring and window furnishing ranges.

In this exciting role, you’ll guide customers from their first visit through to in-home consultations, quoting, and post-installation satisfaction — ensuring they receive a seamless and high-quality experience at every stage.

What You’ll Be Doing

Handle residential and commercial sales, including in-home quoting, measuring, and product consultations

Provide expert, tailored advice across flooring and window furnishing solutions

Listen closely to customers’ needs and deliver design-driven recommendations

Read and interpret building plans, measure on-site, and prepare accurate quotes

Maintain solid client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in consultative sales — ideally in flooring, window furnishings





Strong knowledge of design principles and a genuine passion for interior styling

Ability to read plans, take measurements, and apply strong numeracy skills

High level of computer competency and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a commitment to customer service excellence
