About the Company

RTL are commencing annual recruitment for experienced multi-skilled Plant Operators, Rigid Dump Truck specialists and Service Cart Operators to work across our sites at Loy Yang, Yallourn, Groote Eylandt (NT) and other sites as required, on a casual basis.

The successful candidates will demonstrate:

Responsibilities

- Commitment to, and willingness to work in line with all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
- A positive outlook and drive to learn and progress within the company.
- Experienced and reliable.
- Ability to work within a team environment, as well as individually.
- Appropriate level of fitness to perform hands-on physical tasks when required.
- Adherence to mobile plant prestart and maintenance procedures.
- Mechanical empathy to always ensure efficient delivery of service for our clients.
- Ability to operate mining operations mobile applications – training may be provided.

Qualifications

RTL are looking for the following type of operators:

- Excavators (from 13 to 200 tonne, including GPS equipped)
- Bulldozers (LGP units as well as conventional dozers up to D11, including GPS equipped)
- Graders (12, 14 and 16 series CAT units’ series including GPS equipped)
- Water Trucks (Conventional and Articulated 6x6 Trucks)




- 825 Compactor
- CAT 785 and 777 Rigid trucks
- Service Trucks
