BelleJoy Support is hiring a Key Worker who combines hands-on disability support with day-to-day coordination in one of our SIL homes. You will work closely with the House Manager to ensure supports are delivered consistently, documentation is up to date, and the home runs smoothly for participants and staff.
The role focuses on person-centred care, effective communication across shifts, staff mentoring, and maintaining protected, organised household environments.
