Vinarchy is seeking a Vintage Laboratory Assistant to support winemaking and production by collecting, preparing and analysing samples throughout the vintage process. You will work in our NATA-accredited laboratory using up-to-date analytical equipment to ensure quality and consistency at every stage of vintage.
This is a shift-based role on a 24/7 rotating roster during peak periods, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
