The Role
n
Depending on your experience and preferences, duties may include:
n
n
- Community nursing (wound care, catheter care, PEG/PEJ balloon checks, vital signs monitoring)
n
- Clinical oversight and on-shift nursing support
n
- Supporting participants with complex health needs including epilepsy/seizures, PEG/PEJ management, tracheostomy care, suctioning, asthma management,
bowel therapy and more
n
- Training, mentoring and clinical guidance for support teams
n
- Participation in care planning and clinical reviews
n
n
Roles can be tailored to suit your strengths, interests, and availability, with opportunities to work across different environments.

About You
n
n
- Current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN
n
- Experience or interest in community and/or disability nursing
n
- Robust clinical skills with a person-centred approach
n
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
n
- Commitment to quality, safety and participant outcomes
n
n
