The role includes: Ensuring all onboarding documentation and contract details are accurate and actioning these through follow up calls and email and high volume data entry and compliance checking Responding to requests for support from recent staff and line managers as part of the onboarding process.
While this role is primarily focused on the selection process, you may be asked to assist with other recruitment tasks based on capacity and business needs, along with supporting the presentation of their induction program.
