Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Senior Manager in the Line 1 Risk team within Business Banking's Agentic Transformation to lead operational risk and compliance initiatives. You will advise on risk design, enable control effectiveness, and mentor stakeholders across technology, data and business units.

The role focuses on adapting CMRS, CAP testing, risk reporting, and building a proactive risk culture with agentic AI capabilities while guiding change in a agile transformation program.
