About the Role

We're seeking a Designer / Architect to join ourInfrastructure team in our Sydney Studio and contribute to the delivery ofhigh-quality projects, with a particular focus on data centre design,production, detailed documentation and peer review. In this role, you'llundertake detailed architectural and technical work with minimal supervision,leading or assisting in project delivery while ensuring positive design,client, team, and financial outcomes. You will also:

- Partner with the project teamto understand client needs
- Contribute to the delivery ofprojects and project packages on time
- Ensure the project leaderis informed of all technical or design aspects of the job to perform theirrole
- Recommend technicaldocument production for projects
- Manage delivery of approvedtechnical and design document production
- Execute the performancemanagement process
- Role model Architectusculture and values
- Attend and provide valuedinput at management meetings

About You

Working in our Sydney Studio with a national team of design and deliveryleaders within the Infrastructure space, this is an opportunity for anambitious,



technically minded Designer / Architect. To be considered for this role, you willbring:

- 6+ years post-graduationexperience
- Data Centre experience ispreferred but not essential.Relevant complex building experience with heavy servicescoordination such as laboratories, advanced manufacturing, rail oraviation will be looked at favourably
- Sound Revit and 3D modelling(Rhino preferred) and Adobe skills)
- Design communication skillsto convey design concepts through imagery and diagrams
- Prior experience onlarge-scale, complex public projects
- Working knowledge andexperience applying the requirements of the BCA/NCC and other relevantstandards
- Design-focused, with apassion for leading the front end of projects and participating in conceptdesign
