BlueCare, part of the UnitingCare Family, seeks a Senior Personal Carer to support clients in Lowood and surrounding areas. You will conduct intake, develop care plans, and deliver person-centred care across in-home and community settings.

Essential qualifications include Certificate III Aged Care and a valid Australian driver’s licence. You will travel to client homes, complete documentation in CRM/CMS, and collaborate with a care team to achieve positive outcomes.
