Board Intelligence is seeking a Product Specialist to join BI24, our 24/7 global support team based in Sydney. You will become an expert on the Board Intelligence platform, delivering concierge-style support to clients around the world while working UK hours from Australia.
In this overnight role you’ll be the primary contact during UK daytime to their team, diagnose issues, guide users, and contribute to knowledge articles while collaborating with the UK-based colleagues and other BI teams.
