About the Role

We're seeking a Trainee Miller, to work under the supervision of a Senior Miller, the key role of a Miller (level 1) is to develop skills and competencies to take responsibility for production of stockfeed following correct processes and procedures, at the required standard.

Your First 30, 60 & 90 Days

Days 1-30 |

- Build relationships with key stakeholders within your team.

- Understand our production process and your key responsibilities

- Willingness to learn and develop in the industry

Days 31-60 |

- Understanding and adhering to RSF's policies and procedures
n
- Ensure hygiene standards are kept and maintained across the site
n
- Achievement of Level 1 Competencies as per the Reid Miller Competency Matrix

Days 61-90 |

- Commitment to training

- Completion of first 2 FeedSafe modules.
