Fitzgerald Jenkins Recruitment seeks a disciplined loan servicing specialist to manage a portfolio of property-secured loans through full lifecycle in Sydney. You will process draws, fund expenses, and maintain accurate records in our servicing platform, ensuring balances align with supporting documents.

You will calculate payouts for terminated loans and rollover figures for continuing facilities, perform daily fund reconciliations, and handle investor transactions.
