Western Sydney University's Contact Service Centre is recruiting multiple full-time, fixed-term Assistants to support prospective students with frontline service and information. Based at Hawkesbury (Richmond) campus with adaptable working arrangements, the roles respond to enquiries via phone, email and other channels, triaging and resolving routine matters.
You'll maintain records, update systems and refer complex issues to senior staff.
