The Role





We have an opportunity for an Interior Designerto join us in the commercial space, creatingpractical and pleasing,future focused solutions.The opportunity will focus on driving design direction on client projects, and mentoring more junior designers.

Responsibilities will include:

- Project Delivery and Oversight – deliver projects, from project set up and briefing to on time delivery,managingand mentoring your team through the process
- Design and Insight – generate,presentand bring to lifeviablesolutions to exceed the brief, incorporating best practice and lateral thinking for original cutting-edge ideas that challenge the status quo
- Conversion –provide information,supportand influence to meet and win over clients
- Teamwork – strong focus on two-way feedback and collaboration to mentor, develop and lead more junior designers
- Compliance – compliance with all applicable Standards and Codes; as well asmaintainquality,accuracyand compliance with Geyer Management Systems
- Safety – has a safety mindset, when it comes to design but also day to day actions

Who We Are Looking For

This role will suit someone highly experienced in commercial interior design, who can work flexibly and is committed to continual growth and improvement.

Degree qualified in Interior Design, Architecture or similar. We look favourably on candidates who are Green Star Accredited Professionals

- 4+ years leadership experience
- Strong designvisualisation skills including sketching, hand drawing as well as fluency in Revit and Adobe graphics programs.
- A strong conceptual designer who can produce compelling sketch plans and articulate design narratives.
