Bolton Clarke is seeking a Kitchenhand to support our catering operations. You will prepare and assemble ingredients, manage special dietary requirements, and ensure food safety compliance across all meals. You will monitor stock levels, label and dispatch orders, and maintain clean, compliant prep areas.

The role requires a Food Handlers Certificate, solid attention to hygiene, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience in commercial catering for aged care is advantageous.
