Midcoast Trucks is seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join our Macksville operation, with regular travel to the Coffs Harbour branch. You will provide administrative and operational support across all HR functions, helping ensure people processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will coordinate onboarding, maintain employee records, assist with recruitment, contracts, and HR documentation, and support payroll and WHS administration.
