- Tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Health or a related discipline
Experience in a Senior HSE Advisor, HSE Lead or similar role within manufacturing, FMCG, industrial or another high-risk environment
Strong knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, compliance requirements and risk management principles
Proven experience conducting incident investigations, audits, inspections and risk assessments
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and coach people at all levels
A practical, solutions-focused approach with a passion for continuous improvement and building a positive safety culture
