We'relooking for a compassionate and committed Youth Support Worker tojoin our team in Biloela. In this role you'll work directly withyoung people to improve their safety, wellbeing and futureopportunites.

Whatwill a typical day look like?
n
n
- Provide casemanagement and individualised support to young people withcomplex needs
n
- Facilitate accessto secure housing, education, employment, and communityengagement
n
- Support culturalconnection and reduce risk-taking behaviours
n
- Collaborate withfamilies, schools, and community services
n
- Maintainhigh-quality records and contribute to programoutcomes
n
- Deliver earlyintervention strategies and therapeutic support
n
n
MandatoryRequirements:
n
n
- Certificate IV orhigher in a discipline relating to the Behavioural Sciences orequivalent.
n
