About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join ourhomecare team on a contract basis, located in Wollongong - NSW.

As a Speech Pathologist at Vivir Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional Speech Pathology services. Reporting to our Clinical Services Team, you will collaborate closely with leaders across our network, ensuring top-notch care for clients. Some of regular duties include:

- Conduct comprehensive assessments ofdysphagia assessments, Speech, language, voice, neurological conditions,and cognitive-communication disorders
- Prescribe and support the use of communication aids and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) where appropriate.
- Provide swallowing management strategies, diet texture recommendations, and mealtime support plans




- Deliver therapy in a range of settings including residential aged care facilities, clients’ homes, clinics, and community centres.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- SPAmembership eligibility and current registration to practise in Australia
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or equivalent
- Current Drivers’ license and reliable vehicle
- Possesses Professional indemnity insurance, or willing to obtain it.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, or willing to obtain it
- Current Flu Vaccine, or willing to obtain it
- Has COVID vaccine certificate, or willing to obtain it.
