They have delivered more than $500M worth of projects, with around 90% of their work coming from repeat clients, referrals and recommendations.

It means established client relationships, a strong subcontractor network and projects the company genuinely wants to deliver rather than jobs won simply to keep turnover moving.
The business is financially secure, continues to grow steadily and has an excellent pipeline of upcoming work.
They've also invested heavily in systems and technology, but remain practical builders at heart. The management structure is flat, senior people are accessible and the delivery teams work closely together.
The Role
You’ll take ownership of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects primarily in the $1M - $10M range.
Working closely with an experienced Project Manager, you’ll lead the site team and subcontractors from commencement through to successful handover.
Projects are properly planned and supported before construction starts, allowing you to concentrate on programme, quality, safety and keeping the site moving.
You’ll work with an established subcontractor network and experienced project teams who understand the fast-moving nature of commercial fitout.
This isn’t a business where the Site Manager is expected to solve every problem alone. The PM and wider project team remain involved and everyone takes responsibility for delivering the job.
About You
We’re looking for a Site Manager who enjoys the pace and detail of commercial fitout and takes genuine pride in handing over a quality project.
You’ll ideally have:
- Trade or tertiary qualification in construction
- Strong commercial fitout and refurbishment experience
- Experience delivering projects from commencement through to handover
- Excellent programming and organisational skills
- Strong understanding of quality finishes
- Ability to build productive relationships with subcontractors
- Reliable references
You’ll be organised, practical and comfortable making decisions on site. You know how to drive a programme without destroying relationships with the people you rely on to deliver it.
