- Maintain site safety, housekeeping, and quality standards in line with Maas Construct’s project management framework.

Team and trade coordination

- Direct and manage site supervisors and leading hands across all active trade packages.
- Coordinate with the Engineering Lead on design queries, inspection hold points, and technical matters.
- Liaise with the Project Manager on program progress, subcontractor performance, and site issues requiring escalation.

- Manage site inductions, toolbox talks, and workforce coordination in conjunction with the HSE Manager.

Requirements

- 10+ years’ experience in site management within the building construction industry, with demonstrated experience managing concurrent trade packages on major building projects.
- Current Construction Induction Card (White Card) and relevant site management certifications.
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and WHS requirements.
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or equivalent desirable.
- Strong site leader with authority and respect across trades and subcontractors.
- Disciplined in managing safety, quality, and program requirements simultaneously.
- Practical problem-solver with hands‑on construction knowledge and site experience.
- Clear and direct communicator with the project team, subcontractors, and site workforce.
- Highly organised with strong situational awareness and supervisory capability on site.
- Opportunity to make a real impact in Australia with a growing ASX-listed company.
- Professional growth, training, and development within Maas and the broader Group.
- Employee Benefits Platform (retail, healthcare, gym, novated leasing).
- Monthly Values Awards and newsletter recognition.
- Access to a comprehensive health and wellbeing program.
- Work on meaningful projects with industry‑leading equipment.
- Stability of a large integrated group with the agility of a project‑focused team.
