Southern Cross Care Queensland (SCCQ) invites applications for a part time Pastoral Care Coordinator at our Upper Mt Gravatt Support Centre. You will provide professional and pastoral support to the Head of Mission and Pastoral Services, helping to deliver mission and care initiatives with a person-centred approach.

You will develop policies, coordinate team activities, maintain records and liaise with residents, staff and families.
