Grounds & Property Maintenance – Crew Member / Crew Leader
You’ll be working across Brisbane's northside, helping keep gardens, grounds and properties looking their best. This is a hands-on, physically active outdoor role where you’ll work as part of a crew. The role will start as casual employment, with the opportunity for the right person to move into a full-time position.
Key responsibilities
Lawn mowing, edging and whipper snipping
Garden clean-ups and hedge trimming
Mulching and basic landscaping
Blowing, weeding and rubbish removal
General grounds and property maintenance
Working as part of a crew
Learning and taking on additional responsibility as you develop
About you
Reliable, punctual and ready to work
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Willing to learn and take direction
Able to work well as part of a team
Hard-working with a positive attitude
Good time management and common sense
Holds a manual driver’s licence, or is working towards one
Previous landscaping, gardening or property maintenance experience is a bonus, but not essential
Monday to Friday – no weekend work
Plenty of overtime available for those who want to earn more
Chance to move into a full-time position paying $60,000–$70,000 per year + super for the right candidate
