WHAT YOUR ROLEWILL LOOK LIKE

As our FieldService Supervisor, you'llbe the linkbetween our fieldtechnicians, customersand office team, ensuring every jobruns safely, efficientlyand to thehigh standards ReidDiesel Services isknown for.

This is agenuine hands-onleadership role whereyou'll coordinate day-to-day fieldoperations, mentor techniciansand provide technicalsupportwhenever required. Whileyour primary focuswill be leadingthe operation, you'llalso have theflexibility to jumpon the toolswhen needed.

No two daysare the same. One day youcould be coordinatingmultiple breakdowns acrossSoutheast Queensland, thenext you'llbe helping diagnosea complex machinefault, supporting techniciansonsite, meeting withcustomers to discusspreventative maintenanceor planning theweek's workload.

You'll work alongsideanexperienced team servicingpremium OEM equipmentincluding Komatsu, Caterpillar, Hitachi, Kobelco, Volvo, Terex Finlay, JohnDeere, Isuzu, Mack, Scania and more. You'll support customersincluding Boral, Holcim, The Neilsen Group, Killard Infrastructure, Earth Solutions Group(ESG) andmany more.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Working closely withour administration teamto respond tocustomer enquiries anddeliver professional, solutions-focused service.
- Coordinating breakdowns,scheduled servicing, preventativemaintenance and repairs, ensuring work isprioritised and allocatedbased on urgency, technician capability,availability and location.
- Coordinating parts procurementand materials toensure jobs arecompleted efficiently andwith minimal downtime.
- Providing day-to-day leadership, technicalsupport and mentoringto our FieldService Technicians whilefostering a positive, high-performance teamculture.
- Monitoring job progress to ensure workis completed safely, efficiently and tothe high standardsReid Diesel Servicesis known for.
- Reviewing completed jobs, timesheets, ServiceM8records, SWMS, Take5s and supportingdocumentation to ensureaccuracy, quality andcompliance, while supportingthe administration teamwithinvoicing,



job recordsand documentation toenable timely andaccurate billing.
- Conducting quality auditsand promoting continuousimprovement to deliverexceptional workmanship, customer satisfactionand operational efficiency.
- Building and maintainingstrong relationships withcustomers, fleet managers, contractors and suppliers.
- Supporting estimating, preventativemaintenance planning, recruitment, onboarding and theongoing development ofour technicians.
- Identifying and resolvingscheduling, operationaland customer serviceissues before theybecome larger problems, escalating matters whererequired and workingwith management toimplement practical solutions.
- Leading by exampleand helping strengthenour positive "GoHard or GoHome" culture.

HERE'S WHAT WE'RELOOKING FOR

- Trade Qualified DieselMechanic (Cert IIIMobile Plant Technology, Heavy Vehicle MechanicalTechnology or equivalent) with extensive experienceworking on heavyearthmoving equipment,heavy vehicles andmobile plant.
- Previous experience leading, supervising or mentoringtechnicians in afield service environment, with the abilityto motivate, coachand develop ahigh-performing team.
- Excellent diagnostic andfault-finding skills, with the confidenceto support technicianson complex repairsand make sounddecisions underpressure.
- Experience coordinatingfield service operations, scheduling work andmanaging competing priorities, with solid organisationalskills and attentionto detail.
- Strong systems andadministration skills,including ServiceM8, MicrosoftOffice,and reviewing jobdocumentation, labour,parts, timesheets andinvoices for accuracy.
- Outstanding communicationand customer serviceskills, with the ability to buildlasting relationships withcustomers, suppliers andyour team.
- A proactive, honestand accountable leaderwho leads byexample, thinks ahead, remains calm underpressure and embracesour "Go Hardor Go Home" culture.
- Current driver's licence(essential) and WhiteCard (or willingnesstoobtain).
- Willingness to undergoa pre-employmentmedical, National PoliceCheck and Drug& Alcohol screening whererequired.
