About the role

We are seeking a Property and Wills & Estates Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Vincentia, NSW on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive law firm environment where you will provide specialist legal advice across two key practice areas. You will play a vital role in assisting our clients with property transactions, estate planning, and probate matters, contributing directly to the success and reputation of our practice.

Key responsibilities

Conducting property conveyancing transactions, including residential and commercial sales and purchases

Drafting and reviewing property-related legal documents and agreements

Providing legal advice on property law matters, including title issues, encumbrances, and contractual obligations

Preparing wills, powers of attorney and enduring guardian documents

Managing probate and estate administration matters, including obtaining grants of probate and letters of administration

Advising clients on succession planning, testamentary trusts, and estate tax implications

Conducting legal research and keeping up to date with changes in property and estate law





Managing client relationships and maintaining detailed file documentation

Meeting deadlines and managing multiple matters simultaneously

Contributing to the professional development of junior staff where appropriate

What we're looking for

Admission as a Lawyer in Recent South Wales

Minimum of 2–3 years' post-admission experience in property law and wills and estates practice

Strong expertise in conveyancing, property transactions, and title law

Solid understanding of succession law, estate administration, and probate procedures

Excellent drafting and written communication skills

Proficiency in legal research and case law analysis

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines

Client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Proficiency with LEAP legal practice management software and Microsoft Office applications

Preferred: prior PEXA experience
