About the role

As our Sales Representative, you will play a key role in developing current business opportunities while managing and growing customer relationships across a variety of industries. Representing T&G;'s full-service manufacturing capabilities, you will work closely with customers to understand their requirements, provide practical solutions, and deliver an exceptional experience from initial enquiry through to final delivery.

Working alongside our General Manager and a supportive, close-knit team, and backed by strong leadership, you'll be given the tools, training, and support needed to succeed while helping to grow a proudly Australian manufacturing business.

Key responsibilities

Manage the entire customer journey, from initial enquiry through concept development, estimation, order placement, and delivery.

Build strong, long-term customer relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Promote T&G;'s comprehensive manufacturing capabilities, including cutting, bending, folding, welding, finishing, painting, assembly, packaging, and delivery.

Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.

Maintain an organised sales pipeline and accurate customer records.

Identify opportunities to grow customer accounts and maximise business potential.

About you

Experience in sales, account management, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role.

Knowledge of custom sheet metal fabrication processes and CNC manufacturing equipment will be highly regarded.

Experience working with tradespeople,



manufacturers, engineers, builders, or industrial businesses.

A proven ability to build strong customer relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Windows-based systems.

The ability to quickly learn and confidently communicate technical products and manufacturing solutions.

A practical, solutions-focused approach with the ability to understand customer needs and deliver value-driven outcomes.

The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.

A current driver's licence and willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
