A large and well-established for-profit aged care provider is looking for an experienced Roving Care Manager to support its residential aged care homes across NSW.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly into the Regional Manager, you will provide operational and clinical leadership across a portfolio of homes, stepping in during periods of Care Manager leave, vacancies and other business needs.

You will have the opportunity to work across different facilities, meet new teams, experience different environments and use your expertise to provide stability and strong leadership when it is needed most.

What's on offer:

- $150,000 – $160,000 + Super
- Roving position working across residential aged care homes throughout NSW
- All travel, accommodation and associated expenses fully covered
- Support homes during Care Manager leave and vacancies
- Direct reporting line to the Regional Manager
- Opportunity to work across a large and established aged care network

About You

We are looking for an experienced and confident residential aged care leader who can quickly adapt to different homes, teams and operational environments.

To be considered, you will have:

- Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- 2+ years' Care Manager experience within Residential Aged Care
- Strong clinical and people leadership capability
- The confidence to step into a new environment and quickly establish rapport with teams
- Excellent knowledge of aged care legislation, clinical governance and compliance




- A flexible and adaptable approach to working across different locations
- A genuine willingness to travel throughout NSW
- Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
