UniSC is seeking a Casual Chef to support kitchen operations at the Moreton Bay campus in Petrie. You will prepare and present food to a high standard, assist with catering for events, and maintain strict food safety practices in a quick-paced environment.
You will possess a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent, with demonstrated commercial kitchen experience and knowledge of HACCP. Flexibility to work varied hours and travel between UniSC campuses is required.
