What You Will Be Doing
Working closely with our Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the success of the store.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Lead from the front and inspire a passionate retail team
- Drive sales, KPIs and an outstanding customer experience
- Coach and develop team members and future leaders
- Take ownership of key areas of store performance
- Partner with the Store Manager to achieve commercial and operational goals
- Maintain high standards across visual merchandising, stock and store presentation
- Step up and take charge of the store when required
- Bring your ideas, energy and leadership to a fast-paced retail environment.
What We Are Looking For

You will ideally have:
- Previous experience in Assistant Store Management, Department Management or senior retail leadership
- Experience in big-box, specialty or high-volume retail
- A proven ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs
- Robust leadership, coaching and team development skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A hands-on approach and the confidence to take ownership
- Energy, initiative and a genuine passion for retail
